For a non-web document within the ICT, the document has to satisfy the WCAG 2.2 criteria of this group: time limits the user can turn off, adjust or extend (10.2.2.1); moving, blinking, scrolling or auto-updating content that can be paused, stopped or hidden (10.2.2.2).
