EAR - Export Administration Regulations 740.28: 740.28 Advanced compute manufacturing (ACM)

ACM authorises specified advanced computing items, software and technology to private sector end users (not government-owned or controlled) for development, production or warehousing before shipment to ultimate customers outside Macau and D:5, never to Macau, D:5 or consignees headquartered there; the exporter must keep a distribution system that accounts for the number of controlled items entering and leaving each facility, updated at least every six months.
