AVS authorises departures of foreign-registered civil aircraft on temporary sojourn (no sale or transfer of operational control to E:1 or E:2 nationals, no unlicensed cargo) and of U.S.-registered aircraft (not for sale, lease or change of registration, no foreign military use, U.S. licensed pilot for some operators), where the exporter keeps all ten indicia of operational control (crew, dispatch, routes, maintenance, spares, registration, technology, livery, flight number, lease or charter) and stays no more than seven consecutive days in a country; equipment and spare parts for permanent use on vessels or aircraft of any registry except D:1 or Cuban ones (Cuba and Syria only EAR99 or AT-only items); ship and plane stores; supplies to U.S., Australian, Canadian or U.K. vessels, planes and airline installations; vessels on temporary sojourn (same indicia, 14 days, none to E:1, Cuba only cargo vessels); cargo transiting Cuba on such craft; and university spacecraft for fundamental research outside D:5.
This control maps to 1 controls across 1 other frameworks. If you already hold one of them, the evidence you collected for it is the starting point here rather than new work.
Every mapping shown was judged rather than inferred from wording similarity, and the ones that failed review are published too. See the coverage reports and what was rejected.
The graph holds this control, the 1 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
