HBM authorises 3A090.c high bandwidth memory with bandwidth density below 3.3 GB/s/mm2 by exporters headquartered in the United States or A:5 (without a Macau or D:5 parent), only where the memory is bought directly by the designer of the co-packaged commodity and shipped directly to the packaging site; A:5 or A:6-headquartered packaging sites confirm in writing that the item was packaged and shipped to the designer (an export control document kept under Part 762), otherwise the finished product comes back to the exporter, who reconciles unit counts; finished products may not exceed 3A090 thresholds; not to distributors, most intermediate consignees, or packaging at advanced-node facilities in Macau or D:5; a discrepancy above 1 percent is a red flag to resolve before further shipments, reported to BIS within 60 days if unresolved.
This control maps to 1 controls across 1 other frameworks. If you already hold one of them, the evidence you collected for it is the starting point here rather than new work.
Every mapping shown was judged rather than inferred from wording similarity, and the ones that failed review are published too. See the coverage reports and what was rejected.
The graph holds this control, the 1 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
