MED authorises EAR99 medical devices, and EAR99 parts, components, accessories and attachments exclusively for them, to or within Russia, Belarus, occupied Crimea and the covered regions of Ukraine; replacement parts only to replace broken or non-operational parts or for preventive maintenance and not beyond the number in use; not to proscribed persons (including military end users or where an Entity List or MEU List party is involved), production facilities or for development or production; the exporter must maintain a distribution system that prevents delivery to proscribed persons or producers, verified through consignee affirmations or spot checks, and keep verification records for five years.
This control maps to 1 controls across 1 other frameworks. If you already hold one of them, the evidence you collected for it is the starting point here rather than new work.
Every mapping shown was judged rather than inferred from wording similarity, and the ones that failed review are published too. See the coverage reports and what was rejected.
The graph holds this control, the 1 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
