An export is an actual shipment or transmission out of the United States in any manner; releasing or otherwise transferring technology or source code (not object code) to a foreign person in the United States (a deemed export, to the person's most recent country of citizenship or permanent residency); or a U.S. person's transfer of registration, control or ownership of specified spacecraft to foreign persons or D:5 nationals. An export that transits other countries is an export to the destination. Exceptions are the encryption software rules of 734.17 and the activities in 734.18.
This control maps to 1 controls across 1 other frameworks. If you already hold one of them, the evidence you collected for it is the starting point here rather than new work.
Every mapping shown was judged rather than inferred from wording similarity, and the ones that failed review are published too. See the coverage reports and what was rejected.
The graph holds this control, the 1 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
