What does NRSWA.79 require?

Except in prescribed cases, an undertaker must record prescribed information about every item of its apparatus as soon as reasonably practicable after placing it in the street or moving it, inspecting, maintaining, adjusting, repairing, altering or renewing it, locating it during other works, or being told of it by another person; and, when it records or updates that information, must enter it into NUAR within the prescribed period in the prescribed form and manner.
