The Secretary's annual report under s 46 of the PGPA Act must include for the period the number of reviews commenced, completed and discontinued with a brief description of each, the status of reviews not yet completed, the reasons for any discontinuance, the number of times the Minister refused to approve terms of reference, the number of Expert Panel members, the number appointed to review panels and the number of Board member appointments terminated; the rules may prescribe further requirements for the Board's communication with the public and reporting to the Minister (s 77).
