Connecticut Rules of Professional Conduct (Connecticut Practice Book) 6.2: Accepting appointments

What does 6.2 require?

A lawyer must not try to escape a tribunal's appointment to represent someone except for good cause, for instance where the representation is likely to breach the rules or the law, would impose an unreasonable financial burden, or where the client or cause is so repugnant to the lawyer that the relationship or the quality of representation would suffer.
