Competition and Consumer (Consumer Data Right) Rules 2020 S3-8.1: Schedule 3 clause 8.1: keep requests running and notify when moving from non-bank lending to banking

Where a data holder leaves the non-bank lending sector to become a banking data holder, pending requests, consents and authorisations continue as though made for the banking sector and do not expire merely because of the move; the data holder must still respond to the requests; as soon as practicable after the transition it must notify each affected consumer in writing that it has left the non-bank lending sector, now operates in banking, the data is now banking sector data and the consumer may withdraw an authorisation or consent, and notify each affected accredited person that it has changed sector; accredited persons must update affected dashboards within a reasonable period after that notice.
