Competition and Consumer (Consumer Data Right) Rules 2020 S3-6.3: Schedule 3 clause 6.3: non-bank lenders tell the ACCC about loan book and customer numbers

A relevant non-bank lender whose resident loans and finance leases exceed $1 billion (latest month and 12-month average, with associated lenders) must, if the Commission asks, notify it in writing as soon as practicable of those values and whether it has more than 1,000 customers; and a lender over the $1 billion test on the commencement day or a later 1 July but with 1,000 customers or fewer must notify the Commission in writing as soon as practicable (each a civil penalty of $250,000).
