Competition and Consumer (Consumer Data Right) Rules 2020 7.8B: Rule 7.8B: answer for outsourced service providers that breach the overseas disclosure or government identifier safeguards

An accredited person breaches subrule (1) (civil penalty) if a direct or indirect OSP of it or of its CDR representative fails to comply with section 56EK of the Act for service data as if it were an accredited data recipient, and subrule (2) (civil penalty) if such an OSP fails to comply with section 56EL.
