Competition and Consumer (Consumer Data Right) Rules 2020 7.14: Rule 7.14: charge no fee for handling correction requests

A data holder must not charge a fee for responding to or actioning a correction request under subsection 56EP(1) of the Act, and an accredited data recipient must not charge one for a request under subsection 56EP(2) (both civil penalty).
