Competition and Consumer (Consumer Data Right) Rules 2020 7.10A: Rule 7.10A: answer for representatives that breach the data quality safeguard

A CDR representative principal breaches this subrule (civil penalty) if its representative fails to comply with subsection 56EN(2) of the Act (taking reasonable steps to ensure data it discloses is accurate, up to date and complete) for service data as if it were an accredited person.
