Competition and Consumer (Consumer Data Right) Rules 2020 7.3A: Rule 7.3A: answer for representatives that fail to destroy unsolicited data

A CDR representative principal breaches this subrule (civil penalty) if its representative fails to comply with section 56EG of the Act (privacy safeguard 4, destroying unsolicited CDR data) for service data as if it were an accredited person that had collected the data, whether or not it acted within the arrangement.
