Competition and Consumer (Consumer Data Right) Rules 2020 5.2: Rule 5.2: apply for accreditation with complete and accurate information

A person may apply to the CDR Accreditor to be accredited, in the approved form, stating the level sought, with the documents the form requires, its addresses for service (or, for a foreign entity, its local agent and the agent's addresses), a description of the goods or services it intends to offer using CDR data, and, if it is not named in a designation instrument, whether it is or expects to be a data holder of designated data. Accreditation is granted on the basis that the applicant would be able to comply with rule 5.12 (or meets a sector's streamlined criteria).
