An accredited person must notify the Accreditor within 5 business days of any material change in circumstances that might affect its ability to comply with its obligations, any matter relevant to whether it is fit and proper, or any change to or error in information provided for the Register (civil penalty). It must notify as soon as practicable and within 5 business days when it becomes a sponsor, or when a sponsorship arrangement is suspended, expires or terminates; when it enters a CDR representative arrangement, with the date, the representative's name, address, ABN (or other identifier for a foreign entity), directors or responsible persons and their contact details, and the goods or services it will provide; and when a representative arrangement ends.
