Competition and Consumer (Consumer Data Right) Rules 2020 4A.6: Rule 4A.6: provide a disclosure option management service to every joint account holder

For each joint account the data holder must provide each holder, online (optionally within the dashboard and also offline), a service to change the disclosure option under rule 4A.7, propose a change under rule 4A.8 and respond to another holder's proposal (civil penalty). The service must give effect to changes as soon as practicable, show which option applies, conform with the data standards, and must not add requirements beyond the standards and rules, offer other services, include documents or information that reduce comprehensibility, or use pre-selected options.
