Where Part 4A applies and pre-approval or co-approval applies or has applied, the data holder must give each relevant holder an online service, included in its existing dashboard or forming its dashboard, showing the rule 1.15(1)(b) details for the joint account data, letting it manage and withdraw approvals for each authorisation, displaying a data-standards consequence message on withdrawal, simple and straightforward to use (reasonable steps suffice), prominently displayed and readily accessible (civil penalty). Where one holder's dashboard shows approval details, the others' must too.
