Competition and Consumer (Consumer Data Right) Rules 2020 1.20: Rule 1.20: secondary data holders provide an SR data request service to primary data holders

A primary data holder provides the consumer data request services under rule 1.13 for SR data as though it held it. A secondary data holder must provide an online service that the primary data holder can use to request any SR data it needs to respond to an SR data request, that discloses the data to the primary data holder in machine-readable form and that conforms with the data standards (civil penalty).
