CIS Controls v8 CIS-4.10: Enforce Automatic Device Lockout on Portable End-User Devices

Where supported, make portable end-user devices lock automatically after a preset number of failed local authentication attempts: no more than 20 for laptops, and no more than 10 for tablets and smartphones. Examples include the Microsoft InTune Device Lock and the Apple Configuration Profile maxFailedAttempts setting.
