CDP (formerly Carbon Disclosure Project) 4.5: Questions 4.5 and 4.5.1: Monetary incentives for managing environmental issues

The organisation states whether it provides monetary incentives for managing environmental issues and attaining targets, and for each issue, what share of all monetary incentives for the board and C-suite is linked to it; and details, per position entitled, the incentive type (bonus; shares; promotion; profit share; salary increase; retirement plan), the performance metrics (targets, strategy and transition plan, emission reduction, resource efficiency, pollution, policies and commitments, engagement), the incentive plan (short-term, long-term or both) and how the incentive contributes to the organisation's commitments or transition plan. Climate leadership points require at least 10 percent of C-suite and board incentives linked to the issue and links to long-term incentive plans.
