To use recycled and secondary aggregates: one credit where at least 25 percent by weight or volume of the development's high-grade aggregate uses are met with recycled or secondary aggregate from construction, demolition and excavation waste on or off site or from secondary sources; an exemplary credit where the share exceeds 50 percent and the aggregate travels no more than 30 kilometres by road.
