BRCGS Global Standard for Food Safety Issue 9 8.2.2: Filtered air changes and positive pressure in high-risk areas, documented on risk

What does 8.2.2 require?

High-risk areas must receive enough changes of air that has been filtered. The filter specification and how often the air is changed are set down on the basis of a risk assessment considering where the air comes from and whether the area needs to be held at positive pressure against the areas around it.
