Packages are stowed and restrained to the performance standards of the Load Restraint Guide; incompatible goods, dangerous or not, are kept apart under Chapter 9.2; orientation arrows, no-double-stacking, keep-dry and temperature control instructions are obeyed; and liquids go below dry goods where possible. Packages and unpackaged articles are restrained by straps, slat boards, brackets, dunnage or blocking so that they cannot move, change orientation or be damaged, without over-tightening; when dangerous goods travel with other goods, everything is restrained so that no dangerous goods are released and neither the dangerous goods nor the other goods and equipment damage each other.
The graph holds this control, the 0 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
