Transport documentation and emergency information (Part 11) – Australian Dangerous Goods Code Edition 7.8 (Consignor and Transport Duties)

Australian Dangerous Goods Code Edition 7.8 (Consignor and Transport Duties) 11.1.1.1: The consignor gives the prime contractor the dangerous goods transport information, with a hard copy carried in the vehicle

What does 11.1.1.1 require?

A consignor who offers dangerous goods for transport must give the prime contractor the information that applies to those goods, together with any further information and documents the Code requires, either on a transport document or, if the carrier agrees, electronically; where it goes electronically a printed copy still travels in the vehicle, and the consignor must be able to print the information without delay in the sequence the chapter requires.
