Australia Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (Cth) s79: s 79 Committee members' paid time and access to information, without personal or medical data

The PCBU allows each committee member the time reasonably necessary to attend meetings and carry out committee functions, paid at normal rates; allows the committee access to information it has about workplace hazards and risks and about workers' health and safety; and does not give the committee personal or medical information about a worker without consent unless de-identified. (The committee meets at least every 3 months under s 78, so the PCBU schedules and supports that cycle.)
