A PCBU, so far as reasonably practicable, consults, as the Division and the regulations require, with workers who carry out work for it and who are, or are likely to be, directly affected by a WHS matter. Where the PCBU and workers have agreed consultation procedures, consultation follows them, and the procedures must not be inconsistent with s 48.
