Australia Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (Cth) s73: s 73 Share HSR costs equally between multiple businesses unless agreed

Where an HSR or deputy represents a work group of workers of two or more PCBUs, the costs of the HSR exercising powers and functions and the s 72 training costs are apportioned equally between those PCBUs unless they agree otherwise, and any agreement may be varied by negotiation.
