An inspector may issue a non-disturbance notice to the person with management or control of a workplace where it is necessary to facilitate the exercise of compliance powers, requiring the site, plant, substance, structure or thing to be left undisturbed for up to 7 days (renewable by further notice, s 201). The person does not, without reasonable excuse, refuse or fail to comply with it.
