A person does not intentionally hinder or obstruct an inspector exercising compliance powers or induce or attempt to induce another to do so, does not recklessly hold himself or herself out to be an inspector, and does not engage in conduct intended to assault, threaten or intimidate, directly or indirectly, an inspector or a person assisting an inspector (up to 2 years imprisonment for an individual).
