Training and assessment is delivered by people with current industry skills and knowledge relevant to the product. The RTO shows everyone delivering training or assessment for it has industry competencies, skills and knowledge relevant to and at least at the level of the product and keeps an understanding of current industry practice; that experts are engaged for training only by reference to the product's or cohort's requirements and in response to a specific need; and that it has a system ensuring experts have directly relevant industry competencies and specialised expertise, work only under direction of a person credentialled to direct under the Credential Policy, assess alongside the trainer or assessor when involved in judgement, and have their training or assessment overseen by the RTO.
