Students with prior skills, knowledge and competencies are supported to seek RPL to progress through the product. The RTO shows that students are offered RPL and told its RPL policy; RPL decisions rest on evidence of prior skills, learning and experience assessed through the RTO's assessment system; and decisions are documented and made fairly, transparently, consistently between students and without compromising the training product's integrity.
