The assessment system is quality assured by suitably skilled and credentialled people through regular validation of assessment practices and judgements. The RTO shows: validation confirms judgements are consistent with the product and the instrument; every training product on scope is validated at least once every five years, and sooner when it learns of risks to training outcomes, product changes or relevant feedback from students, trainers, assessors or industry; a risk-based approach sets which components of the assessment system are validated and the sample size; for TAE Training Package qualifications and skill sets that enable assessment judgements (per the Credential Policy), validation after the first cohort completes, by a person independent of the RTO with no employment, subcontract or other interest in it; validators collectively have relevant industry competencies, current industry practice knowledge and a validation credential listed in the Credential Policy; the outcome is not decided solely by someone who designed or delivered the training or assessment; and how validation outcomes change the assessment system.
This control maps to 1 controls across 1 other frameworks. If you already hold one of them, the evidence you collected for it is the starting point here rather than new work.
Every mapping shown was judged rather than inferred from wording similarity, and the ones that failed review are published too. See the coverage reports and what was rejected.
The graph holds this control, the 1 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
