Disruption is a matter of when, not if. The practice's emergency response plan identifies the events most likely in its setting, such as fire, flood, storm, extended power or internet outage, pandemic disease or the sudden loss of a practitioner, and sets out who does what: contacting staff and patients, relocating or suspending services, protecting records and vaccines, arranging cover and communicating with the public. The plan is known to the team, kept accessible including off site, and tested or reviewed at intervals.
The graph holds this control, the 0 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
