Australia Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Rule 2014 (PGPA Rule)
Part 2-3 Divisions 1 to 3: corporate plans, performance measures, annual performance statements and audit committees (sections 16E to 17) – Australia Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Rule 2014 (PGPA Rule)

Australia Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Rule 2014 (PGPA Rule) 16E(3)-(7): Corporate plan publication: give the plan to the responsible Minister and the Finance Minister before publishing it, publish it on the entity's website by the end of the second month of the period, and republish promptly after a significant variation or for a new entity

What does 16E(3)-(7) require?

The plan, and any version from which confidential, commercially sensitive or national-security information has been removed, goes to both the portfolio Minister responsible for the entity and the Finance Minister promptly once prepared, and in any case before it is published. The website publication deadline is the close of the reporting period's second month; only the non-sensitive content needs to be published. A plan varied significantly during the period, or the plan of an entity established at or during the period, is instead published as soon as practicable after it is prepared.
