Australia Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 (PGPA Act) 96: Budget estimates for wholly-owned Commonwealth companies: the directors prepare estimates covering the company's activities for each reporting period and any period the Finance Minister directs, fairly presenting the estimated financial impacts and complying with the Finance Secretary's directions, and give them to the Finance Secretary

What does 96 require?

The directors of a wholly-owned Commonwealth company must prepare budget estimates spanning the company's activities for every reporting period and for any further period the Finance Minister directs, and deliver them to the Finance Secretary under that officer's written directions. The estimates must give a fair picture of the estimated financial effects of the company's activities for the period, meet the directions, and come with whatever supporting information the directions call for.
