Australia Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 (PGPA Act) 91: Directors of a wholly-owned Commonwealth company: keep the responsible Minister informed of the activities of the company and its subsidiaries, give the responsible Minister or Finance Minister the reports and information required within the Minister's time limits, and notify significant decisions and significant issues that may affect or have affected the company

What does 91 require?

The board of a wholly-owned Commonwealth company owes its responsible Minister a running account of the company's and its subsidiaries' activities; must supply the responsible Minister or the Finance Minister with any reports, documents and information about those activities that the Minister requires, within the Minister's time limit; must tell the responsible Minister promptly after taking a significant decision about the company or a subsidiary; must give reasonable warning of a significant issue that could affect them; and must report promptly once aware of a significant issue that has affected them. The rules may define significance and how the duty is performed, and a Minister's other information powers remain.
