Australia Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 (PGPA Act) 38: Measure and assess performance: measure and assess the entity's performance in achieving its purposes in compliance with the rules

What does 38 require?

How well the entity is achieving its purposes must be measured and assessed by its accountable authority, using methods that satisfy the rules; the PGPA Rule requires performance measures that are relevant, reliable, complete and verifiable, with targets where practicable, and requires them to be set out in the corporate plan.
