Australia Plumbing and Fire Sprinklers Award 2020 (MA000036) 34.6: 34.6 Recognise prior service on transfer of business for redundancy

Where a business (including a trade, process, occupation or part of one) is transferred, conveyed, assigned or succeeded to by agreement or by law and an employee of the old employer joins the new employer, continuity is not broken and service with the old employer, and any earlier old employer, counts as service with the new employer for clause 34 redundancy pay.
