An end-user who posted material the Commissioner is satisfied is cyber-abuse material targeted at an Australian adult (after a complaint to the provider not resolved in 48 hours and a complaint to the Commissioner) may be required to take all reasonable steps to remove it within 24 hours or a longer period allowed. Compliance to the extent capable; 500 penalty units under s 91; formal warning (s 92).
