What does s77-79-80 require?

No prior complaint to the provider is required for this scheme. Compliance to the extent capable; 500 penalty units; formal warning (s 81); a public statement where the Commissioner finds two or more non-consensual intimate images provided in breach of the service's terms of use in 12 months (s 85(2)).
