Australia OGTR Guidelines for Certification of a PC2 Large Scale Facility (Version 3.1) C8: Excluding a person on the Regulator's direction

What does C8 require?

If the Regulator directs the holder to keep a person or class of persons out of the facility, or away from the LWTS, because their conduct (a) has caused or may cause GMOs to escape, or (b) has exposed or is exposing other people there to a GMO in a way that threatens or could threaten their health and safety, the holder must keep them out of the facility and away from the LWTS until the Regulator directs otherwise.
