Australia OGTR Guidelines for Certification of a PC2 Large Scale Facility (Version 3.1) C11: Submissions on exclusion or conditional access

What does C11 require?

Where the Regulator invites the holder to comment on whether a person or class of persons should (a) be kept out of the facility or away from the LWTS, or (b) be let into the facility, or allowed access to the LWTS, on conditions, the holder may make a submission within the time the Regulator sets. This is an option, not an obligation.
