Australia OGTR Guidelines for Certification of a PC2 Large Scale Facility (Version 3.1) C64: Removing 25 litres or less

What does C64 require?

Culture volumes of 25 litres or less containing GMOs that do not qualify as an exempt dealing must not be taken out of the facility unless (a) the transport follows the Regulator's GMO transport, storage and disposal guidelines (the version current at the time), and (b) they are going to a containment facility that meets at least the Regulator's PC2 requirements, or (c) to some other location to be stored, or (d) for decontamination, or for disposal where the disposal method also decontaminates, or (e) the Regulator has given written permission for transport to another destination. The source joins (a) to (b) with 'and' and links (c), (d) and (e) with 'or', so how (a) relates to (c), (d) and (e) is open to reading; the OGTR annual inspection checklist's per-removal rows suggest (a) applies to every destination.
