Australia OGTR Guidelines for Certification of a PC2 Large Scale Facility (Version 3.1) C20: No dealings until the suspension is lifted

What does C20 require?

Dealings with GMOs that need a certified facility must not restart in a suspended facility until the Regulator lifts the suspension through a written notice, and any GMOs stored in the suspended facility must be held as the Regulator's GMO transport, storage and disposal guidelines (the version current at the time) require. The guideline notes that an OGTR inspection may be needed before a suspension is lifted, and a variation to the conditions may also be needed, decided case by case.
