Australia OGTR Guidelines for Certification of a PC2 Large Grazing Animal Facility (Version 1.1) B8: Authority to admit and exclude where the holder is not the owner

What does B8 require?

A holder that does not own the facility and lacks power to admit people to, or exclude them from, the premises must not let dealings happen there until the owner has given that authority in writing. If the holder cannot stop dealings from going ahead, it must tell the Regulator in writing as soon as it practicably can.
