Australia OGTR Guidelines for Certification of a PC2 Large Grazing Animal Facility (Version 1.1) B12: Inspection at least every 3 months

What does B12 require?

At least once every 3 months, someone whose training, qualifications or experience (or a mix of these) gives them the knowledge and skills to judge compliance must inspect the facility against the General conditions and the Facility conditions. The inspection must produce a report recording how far the facility complies; the latest three years of reports must be kept and given to the Regulator on request. The OGTR publishes an optional three-monthly checklist that the Regulator accepts for this, and reports are not sent in unless asked for.
