Before a suspension can be lifted, someone whose training, qualifications or experience (or a mix of these) gives them the knowledge and skills to judge compliance must inspect the facility against the General conditions and the Facility conditions to confirm it satisfies the certification conditions. No dealing with GM animals may restart in a suspended facility until the Regulator lifts the suspension by written notice.
