Before a suspension can be lifted, a person whose training, qualifications or experience, or a mix of these, gives them the knowledge and skill to assess compliance must inspect the room against the General conditions and the Facility and fittings conditions to make sure it meets the conditions of certification. Apart from storage, GMO dealings must not restart in a suspended facility until the Regulator lifts the suspension by written notice, and GMOs stored there while it is suspended must be kept as the GMO transport, storage and disposal guidelines the Regulator issues (in their current form) require.
